Adams announces the passing of The Reverend Ernest Ransom, 66, who transitioned at his residence.

With deepest sorrow, we at Adams Funeral Home, regret to announce the passing of Reverend Ernest A. Ransom, 66, of Savannah, Ga. Rev Ransom entered in eternal life on Sunday, July 17, 2022.

Loved ones left to cherish his memories are: his loving and devoted wife, Lawanda; his son, Derek Ransom-Akhi (Catherine), and daughter, Amara (Reggie) Johnson; granddaughter Lola, special daughter Cherise Frazier, and mother in law Ola Raymond. Also, his brothers Michael JR Ransom, Tyrone Ransom; sister in law Debbie Ransom; aunts Edith Cooper and Irene Kearse along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services for the Reverend Ernest Alexander Ransom will be 1:00 P.M., Friday, July 22, 2022 at Thankful Baptist Church.

Interment: Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
