Ms. Dianne Bryant, 59, had her transition on Friday, September 26, 2014 at Candler General Hospital.
Funeral services for Ms. Dianne Bryant will be held 11:00A.M., Friday, October 3, 2014 at First African Baptist Church of East Savannah located 402 Treat Ave. Rev. Dr. Thomas Williams, Pastor.
Interment: Oak Grove Cemetery.
Ms. Bryant will lie in serenity at the church from 9:00A.M. until the hour of service on Friday.
OBITUARY:
Ms. Dianne Bryant, 59 passed away on Friday, September 26, 2014 at Candler General Hospital.
She was born on January 16, 1955 in Savannah, Ga to the late Crawford and Dorothy Bryant.
She was educated in the public school system where she graduated from Savannah High School and then from Savannah State University. From an early age Dianne was no stranger to hard work. She proudly served in the United States Army for 10 years. She was a dedicated worker for Walmart in Hardeeville SC, as the Assistant Office Manager.
Dianne was a fun loving, and caring spirit to be around. Her infectious laugh, and friendly personality drew so many to her. She would give you the shirt off of her back if you needed it.
Dianne is survived by her longtime companion and friend: Josefa (Josie) Citizen. Her ""adopted"" daughter Candace (Jerard) Manning. One Grandchild: Jerard Manning Jr. Two sisters: Sheila Jones of Savannah, GA. Darnet Porter of Minneapolis, MN, one brother Larrell Jones. One Uncle: William Albert (Odessa) Bryant. Two nieces: Michelle (Adrian) Gardner and Demetria Harris. Three Great-Nephews: Jahkeem S. Bryant, Tykwel Bryant , and Tykwaan Bryant, all of Savannah, GA. One Gran niece: Jaliyaah Bryant all of Savannah, GA.
