Adams announces the passing of Mrs. Jessie Mae Graham Allen, 67, who transitioned Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.

Adams announces graveside services for Mrs. Jessie Mae Graham Allen which will be held 11:00 A.M, Saturday, March 13, 2021.

Public viewing will be held from 4 P.M. - 6 P.M., Friday, March 12, 2021 at the funeral home via our drive-thru.

Jessie Mae Allen was born April 3,1953 in Savannah, Ga. to late Mrs. Lillie Mae Graham and Arthur Graham Sr. (Owen Strickland Jr). She attended public school in Savannah, Georgia and graduated from Richard Arnold High School.  She was employed through the Savannah Chatham County Public School System and retired from
Memorial Medical Center. She served on the Usher Ministry at First Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, served as a member of the National Baptist Usher conventions and sung with the Georgia mass Choir.

Jessie Mae Allen was preceded in death by her parent’s Lillie Mae Graham (Arthur Graham Sr.) and Owen Strickland Jr. (Laura Strickland), her siblings Shirley Graham, Lillie Davis, Hattie Graham-Castle, Arthur Graham Jr., and Lonnie Graham.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories: Henry Allen Sr., children: Henry (NaTarsha) Allen Jr., Kesha (Randy) Allen-Edwards, Vincent (NaTisha) Allen Sr., DeAngelo Davis, Kareem Allen and Jalen Allen. Sister’s: Mrs. Sharon (Marus) Rucker, Ethel (Fred Jr.) Turner, Mrs. Mattie Graham-Griffin, Hazel Strickland, Cynthia Brooks, and Velma Brooks, Brothers: Mr. Isaac Graham, Mr. Henry Taylor, Mr. Calvin Brooks and Mr. Calton Brooks; 16 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren, 7 Sister-in-laws, a special sister-in-law Rosemary Allen, 4 Brother-in-laws, and many nieces, nephews, loved ones, and friends.
