Adams announces the passing of Mrs. Cecilia Moore Joshua, 74, who transitioned on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Memorial Hospital.

Adams announces the viewing of Mrs. Cecilia Moore Joshua which will be held 10:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M., Saturday, August 29, 2020 at the funeral home via our drive thru.

Cecilia Joshua Moore was born to Lawson Winston Moore and Letitia Ward Moore on March 28, 1946, in Christ Church Barbados.
Cecilia received her primary school education in Barbados and emigrated to the United States in her early adulthood years.  She made it to NYC, where she met her husband, Robert Lee Joshua.  They were lovingly married on August 9th, 1972 and remained together for 48 years until her untimely departure.  From this union, one child was born, Donald Joshua.
There was no one more dedicated to her love of the Lord and her family.
She was a constant evangelist of spreading the good word.  In addition to this, she took great pride in her college and work achievements throughout her life.
She leaves to mourn: her husband, Robert Joshua; son, Donald and fiancee Kimberly; sisters, Eudine Pinder, Brenhilda Moore, Idalia Moore, and Shelia Braithwaite; brothers Eucline, Mitchell, and Reuben Moore; grandson, Donovan Joshua, and many loving nieces and nephews.
We will always remember and love you.  Rest in a well-earned paradise.
