Adams announces the Funeral Service for Mrs. Carolyn Singleton, 11:00 A.M., Saturday, January 29, 2022 in the Adams Chapel.

Viewing: 4:00 PM -6:00 PM, Friday at the Funeral Home.

Interment: Woodville Cemetery.

Carolyn Collins Singleton "Sister Girl", 75 was born on September 14, 1946 in Savannah, GA to Henry Singleton and Thelma Nelson Singleton. She peacefully transitioned on January 19, 2022.

She attended Savannah-Chatham County Public schools and graduated with the Class of 1965 at Woodsville Thompkins High School.

She previously worked at Union Camp Corporation and Delta Airlines in Savannah, GA and most recently as a Private Duty Nurse for many clients from Savannah, GA to Miami, FL up until her illness.

She was joined in holy matrimony to Johnnie Collins of Savannah, GA in 1966 from that union she is survived by two daughters: Tabathia Collins and Trickia Collins both of Savannah, GA and three grandchildren, Johnae Collins, Kalieb Mobley and Diamond Singleton, she has one great-grandson Channing McCall.

She is survived by four sisters: Glenda (Joseph) Bowers, Leola (Ronnell) Sanders, Patricia Singleton and Margaret Williams. Three brothers:  Walter (Rosalind)

Singleton, Ronald (Judy) Singleton, and Ashley (Debbie) Singleton. She leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.
