Maxine Diggs Davis Pritchett was born on February 1, 1938, in Pheobus, Virginia to Elfreda and Clarence Davis. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Harold Pritchett, Sr. She leaves behind her sister Barbara Brewer, her brother Lynn Williams.  Five beautiful children Harold (Woody) Pritchett Jr., Danita (Jeffrey) Allen, Debra (Stanley) Inman, Hiram (Dr. Peggy) Pritchett and Hamilton (Lilly) Pritchett. Five grandchildren, Quinton (Danielle) Pritchett, Toleto (Lynn) Pritchett, Spencer (Tiffany) Miller, Jeffrey Allen Jr., Debra Allen. Fourteen great grand children, three great-great grand children and a host of extended family. Maxine was a long-time member of Zion Baptist Church, where she served the Lord and loved her church family. She spent 81 years as a staple in the Pheobus community, loved by many and cherished by all. In 2019, she moved to Middleburg, FL where she spent her days under palm trees, fishing, and having her toes in the sand. She often reflected on her beloved, Joe Anthony, and knew they would be reunited one day. Maxine's out spoken personality will generate many stories and laughs for years to come. She will live forever in the hearts of all that were blessed with her love. May she forever rest in the arms of the angels and our Heavenly Father.
