Mrs. Mary A. Williams, 71, had her transition on Monday, March 21, 2016 under the professional care of Hospice of Savannah at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Mary A. Williams will be 11:00 A.M., Saturday, March 26, 2016 at First Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, 1604 Burroughs St., Rev. Shannon Smith, Pastor.

Public Viewing: Friday from 10:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home.

Instate: 9:00 A.M. until the hour of service.

Interment: Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.



OBITUARY:
Mrs. Mary A, Williams of Savannah, GA, the daughter of the late Joseph Taylor and Ada Mae Taylor answered the call to be with the heavenly father in the morning of Monday, 21st March 2016 surrounded by love ones.

Mary was born on April 23, 1944. She was the only living child of three siblings.

At an early age Mary joined Mt Sinai Missionary Baptist Church and continued being a faithful member until the Lord called her home. She was a graduate of Alfred Ely Beach School class of 1963. She worked for over 20 years in sales and later retired as a care giver from Memorial Daycare.

Mary was united in holy matrimony to Mr. Joseph Brown Jr. After four beautiful children they departed ways and she later found and married her true love. Mr. Wilbert Williams and Mary Williams were married for over 20 years until his death on May 27, 2005.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories: A God-Sister Tara Jones of Savannah, GA, four children Rochelle D. Stokes of Savannah, GA, Josie L. Richardson of Savannah, GA, Joseph Brown III of Savannah, GA, and Darrell J. Brown of Tampa, FL, a devoted step daughter, Iris Kelley of Savannah, GA, son in law, Willie J. Stokes of Savannah, GA, daughter in law, Jackie Brown of Savannah, GA, four devoted sisters in Christ Lillie M. Miller of Savannah GA, Lurenda Reeves of Savannah, GA, Marie Cooper of Savannah, GA, Myrtis Lee of Savannah, GA, 11 grand kids, 10 great grand kids and a host of sister in laws, brother in laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
