Mrs. Isabella Frazier, 95, had her transition Friday, January 11, 2013 at Oceanside Nursing Home under the care of United Hospice surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral services for Mrs. Isabella Frazier will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, January 18, 2013 at First Zion Baptist Church located 10 Robertson St. in Bluffton, S.C.

Interment: Buck Island Cemetery.

Mrs. Frazier will lie in serenity at the church beginning 9:00 A.M. until the hour of service.
