Mrs. Everlyn Mariah Jenkins

Savannah, GA - Evelyn Mariah Jenkins, 56, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, December 21, 2015, surrounded by her loving family.

Evelyn was a chatham county native employed with Savannah Wholesale for many years but the last 16 years of employment were dedicated to the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System Food Service Division. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Evelyn touched the lives of many people with her smile and generosity, and maintained her trademark sense of humor all the way to the end. She was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Thelma Jenkins; and brothers James and Harold Bryant.

Survivors include children, Eric Henderson(Adrianne), Jenard Henderson and Latrell Davis; grandchildren, Eric Jr., Erin, Z'Niyah, Elijah, Eian, Nishawn, Makayla and E'leah; sisters, Mary Sanders(Ronnie) and Pauline Myers; brother, Willie Henry Jenkins(Luretha); and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and extended family members who were blessed to know her.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2015 @ Growing in Grace Ministries, 1517 Staley Avenue, Savannah, GA 31405.

Interment following at Woodville Cemetery.
