She was educated in the public schools of Savannah, Georgia and graduated from A. E Beach High School. She furthered her education at Harris Area Trade School where she received her LPN License.
A lifetime of love and joy began when she gave birth to her daughter Virginia Elizabeth Farley who she affectionately called ""Ginga"". Their shared moments of love, laughter, and tears were the catalyst that kept Louise striving for the best.
Louise joined Stouts Chapel C.M.E. Church where she served faithfully on the Usher Board and worked with her church to help its growth in the Christian community. During her career, Louise worked as Dispatcher for Milton Cab Company. She utilized her nursing skills and worked as a LPN in Colorado and South Carolina. She retired from Westview Nursing Home in Savannah, Georgia after many years of service.
On August 14, 2014, Louise entered a peaceful and eternal rest. She leaves precious memories with: one daughter, Virginia Elizabeth Farley of Savannah, Georgia; one grandson, Jaudon T.
