Mr. Robert Owens

Adams announces the passing of Mr. Robert Harris Owens, 63, who transitioned on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Memorial Health Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Thursday, January 31, 2019 in The Adams Chapel with Military Honors.

Robert Harris Owens was born to the proud parents of the late Jeffery Harris and Mrs. Lula Harris Owens on February 7, 1955 in Savannah, GA.

Robert was affectionately known as "Sprat" and "Ghoul" to those who loved and knew him.
He attended Windsor Forest High School then proudly served his country in The US Army and was stationed in Europe.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents as well as his sisters; Kathleen Turner and Juanita Owens.
He leaves to cherish his memories one daughter Lakeisha M. Morrell; four grand children: Malachi Boatwright, Isaac Boatwright, Michelle Boatwright and Miranda Boatwright; Brother: Clinton Eugene Owens, Jr.; Sister: Diana Owens-Daughtry and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
