Mr. Marion Denmark, Sr.

Adams announces the passing of Mr. Marion Denmark, Sr., 77, who transitioned on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at Landmark Hospital.

Graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M., Friday, April 17, 2020.

Viewing: Thursday, April 16, 2020 from 12 P.M. - 2 P.M. at the funeral home.

Marion Denmark Sr. was born unto Mrs. Earline and Mr. Isaac Denmark. Both parents precede him in death.

He attended Chatham county public schools. He later worked as a custodian for St. Joseph's Candler.

Mr. Marion Denmark went on to meet Mrs. Leola "Queen" Denmark which led to holy matrimony in which four children were born: Mr. Tony Denmark, Marion Denmark Jr (Nikki). and Monica Shuman (Fred) of Savannah, Ga. and Terry Denmark of Chesapeake, Va.

He is reunited with his wife, mother, father and sibling Fred Jackson.

He leaves his legacy behind along with his three siblings Ms. Naomi, Mr. Isaac and Mr. Tyrone Denmark all of Savannah, Ga; in laws Zela Scott of New York City, Christine Williams of, and Robert Davis JR both of Atlanta Georgia. Mr. Denmark was blessed with seven grandchildren Terronika Savell (Joshua), Terri Denmark, Teiara Denmark, Shekeria Denmark, Rashad Denmark (Maya), Tony Denmark Jr. and Tyler Denmark along with a host of nieces, nephews, great grandchildren.
