Adams announces the Funeral Services for Mr. Frederick Knight, Sr. 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, May 1, 2019 in the Adams Chapel.

Interment: Oak Grove Cemetery.

Mr. Frederick Leon Knight was born on September 28, 1964 in Savannah Georgia to the late Roy and Mary Jane Knight.

Fred was educated in the Chatham County School System. At an early age he joined his dad in the construction business. He later started his career at International Longshoreman local 1414. He was employed there at the time of his death and had worked there for nearly 30 years.

Fred professed his life to Christ at an early age. In his later years Pastor  Carrie Youman took him under her guidance until her death.

Fred was a fun, loving and generous person. He always took his family to the best restaurants.

On Wednesday, April 24, 2019, Fred answered God’s call from labor to reward. He was preceded in death by both parents, a sister Mary Ann Martin.

He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted wife Mrs. Dazuiya(KiKi)Knight four daughters: Dominque, Taniyya, Alyssa and Virginia. Four sons: Frederick, Jr., Marquice,Jalen and Corday. Three brothers: Roy Eugene(Sharon)Knight JR, Robbie (Aronica) Knight and Carlos Kinlaw. One sister: Katrina Knight. Four aunts:  Maureen (Willie) Bullock, Virginia Hardy, JoAnne Singfield and Bierdie (Steven) Williams. Four uncles: William Knight, Paul Beach, Jesse (Josephine) Beach, Alfred Martin. Three great aunts: Sudie(Willie) Robinson, Annette (Earnest) Richards, Sarah McClendon. Two Grandchildren: and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
