Adams announces the passing of Mr. Everett Clement Bright, 64, who transitioned on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Candler Hospital.

Mr. Everett C. Bright, “(Bubby Slim)” entered eternal rest on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at his residence. He attended the public schools of Chatham County. He was a former member of Thankful Missionary Baptist Church.  He worked as a self-employed carpenter for many years until his health failed. He was a humble and loving individual. He enjoyed life to its fullest. He will be missed by many. He leaves to mourn his transition, his parents, Mr. Harry and Mrs. Thelma Bright Sr., of Savannah GA, three sons, Santonio M. Bright(Erica), Sanard E. Bright, and Ricardo A. Bright Sr.(Rasheedah), all of Savannah GA, three sisters, Betty A. Polite, Deborah Johnson, and Dannette Bright-Johnson, all of Savannah GA, Eight brothers, Harry Bright Jr.(Marvene), Anthony M. Bright, Kenneth Bright, Alfred J. Bright, Eric Bright(Angela), John C. Bright, Antonio C. Bright (Yolanda), all of Savannah GA, Jeffery Bright of Hampton GA, five Grandchildren, Shadi M. Bright, of Lithonia GA, Riyonce J. S. Bright, Cynara J. Bright, Ricardo A. Bright Jr. and Ryan R. Bright, all of Savannah GA,   Aunts, Uncles,  a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, a Life-time friend, Mr. Abraham Blake III, a special household pet-Roscoe Polite and friends.

Adams announces funeral services of Mr. Everett C. Bright which will be held 12:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Jonesville Baptist Church.

Interment: Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.

Viewing: 12:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
