Adams announces funeral services for Mr. Assante Jarmone Dailey which will be held 1:00 PM, Tuesday, June 8, 2021 in The Adams Chapel.

Viewing will be held from 12 PM - 2 PM, Monday, June 7, 2021 at the funeral home.

Interment: Greenwich Cemetery.

Obituary

On, August 16, 1993, Assante’ Jarmone Dailey a.k.a. ‘Greedy’ was born to Yolanda Dailey-Baker and Edward Oliver Yopp,

In his adolescent years, Assante’ attended Largo-Tibet Elementary School and St. Paul Christian Academy where he played basketball and football. He also attended Savannah High School where he played basketball. After high school, Assante’ obtained his Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) from Effingham College and Career Academy.

Assante’ believed in God and the power of prayer. He gave his life to Christ and on August 18, 2019, he was baptized at the Love of Jesus Ministry in Hinesville, GA.

Assante’ was a fun, loving, and caring person. Everywhere he went, he lit up the room. If you didn’t see him smiling, he was probably cracking jokes to make others smile. Assante’ would always call family and friends just to check in. He loved music, but he loved food even more. Assante’ was always positive. He always had a good word of advice for those who needed it. He was hard-working and goal driven. Assante’ had a big heart and he will truly be missed.
