Mr. Watson ""Whimpy"" Thomas Ingram, 61, had his transition on Friday, November 22, 2013 at Memorial Health University Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.

Memorial service for Mr. Watson ""Whimpy"" Thomas Ingram will be held 1:00PM, Saturday, November 30, 2013 at Second Arnold Baptist Church located 1427 E. 37th St., Reverend Ferrell Malone, Eulogist.

OBITUARY:


Mr. Watson T. Ingram Jr., is the son of the late Mr. Watson Ingram Sr. and Mrs. Eartha L. Williams, was born on April 12, 1952 in savannah, Georgia. A brother Mr. Jeffery Ingram preceded him in death.

Watson affectionately known to all as ""Whimpy"" made a peaceful transition to his eternal home on Friday, November 22, 2013 at Memorial Hospital in Savannah, Georgia. ""Whimpy"" was educated in the public schools of Savannah, Georgia and a graduate of the Thompkins High School. He honorably served his country in the United States Navy. He attended Savannah State University where he majored in Criminal Justice and Savannah Technical College where he earned an Associate Degree in Accounting. He spent nearly twenty years as a mechanic and inspector at Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, Georgia. Until his death he was an employee of Boeing Aerospace in Charleston, South Carolina as a Mechanic and Aircraft Inspector.

He leaves the following loved ones to cherish his memory: a loving wife of twenty-eight years, Gladys C. Ingram; his loving mother, Eartha L. Williams of Savannah, Georgia; a step-mother, Mattie Ingram, Gasden, Alabama; three children; Dartanyan Ingram of Tulsa, Oklahama; Aquila Ingram and Rashaad Ingram of Savannah, Georgia; sisters Julia Carter (Joseph) and Elaine Barker of Savannah, Georgia and brothers Timothy Ingram, Atlanta, GA and Rudolph Ingram of Savannah, GA; Demetrius Ingram (Lakisa) of San Diego, CA; a grandson Myles Ingram of Savannah, GA; Sisters-in-law, Marie C. Bloodworth (Leotis) Savannah, GA; Gloria V. Cooper, Houston , TX; Brothers-in-law Ralph Cooper, Sr. (Alma), Jefferey Dinkins (Terrell), Samuel Battle, all of Atlanta, GA; Aunts, Barbara Magwood and Harriet Green of Savannah, GA; and Phyllis Green of Brooklyn, New York. Odessa Dixon, Easley, South Carolina, Dorothy H. Fulton (Augustus) Anchorage, AL; Shirley H. Griffin, Columbus, GA; and Altdamease Holmes of Savannah, GA; Uncles Henry Black (Betty) of Savannah, GA; Warren Green Jr. (Patricia) of East Orange NJ; a great-aunt Leola Holmes Cooper of Waycross, GA; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
