Mr. Troit R. Williams, 56, had his transition on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Candler Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Funeral services for Mr. Troit Rodney Williams will be held 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Thankful Missionary Baptist Church located 820 MLK Jr. Blvd. Rev. Paul A Sheppard, Pastor.

Visitation with the family will be held from 6P.M.-7P.M., Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at the funeral home.

Interment: Magnolia Memorial Gardens.

OBITUARY:


Troit ""Troy"" Rodney Williams was born in Savannah, Georgia on February 19, 1960, to Samuel and Mary Elizabeth Williams.
He attended Windsor Forest High School, Savannah, Georgia. He later received his high school diploma from Corner Stone Christian Correspondent School. He began working at All Metal, Garden City, GA. He worked various jobs before finding the occupation he enjoyed. He became a dedicated and devoted member of the International Longshoremen Association Local 1414.
Troy made his transition on Wednesday morning, March 2, 2016, at St. Joseph's/Candler Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Troy leaves his loving wife, Maisha Williams; six daughters: Toiwanna S. Williams, Toi Williams, Rosalyn Williams, Niger Robinson-Williams, Don'Neisha Plaines and Danielle Hagan; four sons: Dominic Williams, Donntrai Plains, Daniel Hagan, Dorian Hagan; three brothers: Trio Williams, Kean Williams, and Robbie Burns; three sisters: Sonja Jones, Tonja Williams Gardner, Lichelle Solomon.
