Mr. Raymond Lorenzo Anthony

Mr. Raymond L. Anthony, 62, had his transition on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 surrounded by his loving family at Bruce W. Carter V.A. Center in Miami, Florida.

Graveside services for Mr. Raymond Lorenzo Anthony will be held 12:00 P.M., Monday, January 23, 2017 at Beaufort National Cemetery with Military Honors. 

Raymond L Anthony was born on March 4, 1954 in Savannah, Georgia to the late Louise Gainer Anthony and Elmore Anthony, Sr.  He attended Sophronia M Tompkins High School.  He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He resided in Miami, Florida for the past thirty years.  He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Elmore Anthony, Jr and Eugene Anthony, Sr; one sister, Abbie Edwards.

He is survived by five brothers, LJ Anthony, (Ruth), Walter Anthony, Sr (Barbara), Michael Anthony (Marcia), Connell Anthony, and Darnell Anthony, Sr (Sharon); four sisters, Maggie Williams, Catherine Thomas, E Joyce Parris and Pamela Shellman; two sisters-in-law, Rosalee Anthony and Thelma Anthony; one aunt Bobbie L Woodard and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
