Mr. Hercules "" Herk"" Williams, Jr. was born in Savannah, Georgia. He was educated in the Public Schools of Chatham County, and was a self employed Master Carpenter. He was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors are his loving Wife; Janis Engram Williams, One son; Maurice Green, four daughters; Andrea ( Herman ) Fields, Jr., Pamela Smith, Amanda Williams, and Tamika Houston. Two grandchildren; Mariah West and Yusef Scott. Four brothers; Alexander( Estella) Williams, Willie James (Beverly) Carson, David ( Daisy) Williams, and Dean Anthony Carson. Three sisters; Carolyn ( Roland) Abney, Jessica (Commadore) Edmond, and Patricia ( Leroy) Williams. An Aunt Dorothy (Benjamin) Jones. A grand aunt Edna Williams, a god child Taylor Polite and his favorite pets Mystical and Tyrone. A host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral Service for Mr. Hercules ""Herk"" Williams will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday January 15, 2011 at St. John Baptist Church"" The Mighty Fortress"". Dr. George P. Lee, III Pastor, Reverend Samuel Robinson, Officiating. Viewing for Mr. Williams will be Friday, January 14, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Adams Funeral Services, Inc. Interment will be in Shad Cemetery, Bellinger Hill,
