Mr. Harold Mitchell, 97, had his transition, Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at his residence, under the excellent and professional care of Hospice Savannah, Inc., surrounded by his loving and devote family.

Funeral service: Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at Bethel AME Church 1814 East 38th Street, Savannah. Viewing: Monday, July 27, 2009 from 12:00 noon to 7:00pm at Adams Funeral Services, Inc., 510 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah, GA. Mr. Mitchell will lie in state from 9:00am Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at the church until hour of service. Interment: Laurel Grove Cemetery, Ogeechee Road at 37th Street
