Adams announces the passing of Mr. George Anthony Brown, Sr. 59, who transitioned on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at his residence.

Funeral Services for Mr. George Anthony Brown, Sr., will be held 9:00 A.M., Saturday, November 11, 2017 in the Adams Chapel.

Interment: Lee’s Cemetery, Statesboro, Georgia.

Obituary………..George Anthony Brown came into this world on October 5, 1958, the first born to the Late George Brown and June Hodges Brown in New York City, New York.

He attended The Morden Elementary School, New York City; Denis Hall Jr. High School, Alfred, Maine; Saint Francis High School, Buffalo, New York; He also attended Windsor Forest High School, Armstrong State University and Savannah State University in Savannah, GA

On Wednesday, November 8, 2017, Anthony left a wealth of lasting memories in his legacy of three children; two daughters, Fatimah Torrence (Kwesi), Douglasville, GA and Nata-sha Lyles (Darwin E.), Fayetteville, GA. One son, George Anthony Brown, Jr. (Jamie Rae), Jonesboro, GA. Stepchildren Zayd and Alee-ma Jackson.
