Funeral services for Mr. Eugene Michael Williams will be 12:00 P.M., Saturday, May 2, 2015 in the Adams Chapel. Rev. C.M. Brown, Officiating.


OBITUARY:

Eugene Michael Williams, affectionately called Gino by wife and close friends, entered into eternal peace on Wednesday, April 29, 2015. Eugene's wife, son and his Aunt Rhetta were at his bedside.

Eugene was a native of Savannah Georgia and attended Savannah State College. He moved to Washington DC under the parental eyes of Rev. William and Christine Pugh. Eugene continued his education at Federal city College in Washington DC. He retired from the United States Federal Government. Eugene LOVED his family , LOVED to travel and LOVED to play golf.

Eugene was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Williams, Sr. and Mable Williams, brother Richard and Kay Francis Williams. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving wife, Patricia Williams, children- Sherri Lykes and Marvin Lykes (Vanessa), brother, Leon Williams, Sisters, Evelyn Kirkland, Beverly Boggs, Janice Williams, Michelle Daughtry (Tyrone). Sister~in~law, Linda Blake Williams. Aunts: Alfreda Coxon (Charles), Rhetta Murray and Johnnie Mae Pugh, Lillie Belle Badson. Judy Sherman. Theresa Robinson ( Elder Virgin) and Joyce Fields. Uncles: joe Fields(Gloria), Leroy Fields Jr., (Marietta), Bernard Fields and Robbie Field and A host of in~laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Eugene's smile warmed the heart of anyone he met. He was a gentle presence in any arena. His love for God, kindness, generosity and patience were qualities that made him so easy to LOVE.
