Mr. Edward Vaughn, 103, transitioned peacefully at Savannah Rehab under the professional care of Hospice Advantage, on September 21, 2013 surrounded by his loving family.

Funeral service for Mr. Edward Vaughn will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Bethel A.M.E. Church, Rev. Charles Purnell, Pastor,Officiant.

Interment: Bonaventure Cemetery.

Mr. Vaughn will lie instate from 9AM on Saturday until the hour of service.

Survivors: one son Robert (Dorothy) Vaughn, a daughter Jacqueline Vaughn Polote, a brother Lewis (Albertha) Vaughn, four grandchildren, 8 great grands, and 7 great-great grands.

Viewing will be from 9AM-6PM Friday at the funeral home.

Visitation with the family will be from 6PM-8Pm on Friday evening at 802 E. 36th St.
