Mr. Charlie Smith, Jr., 67 had his transition on Wednesday, April 27, 2011, under the excellent and professional care of Hospice Savannah.
Funeral Services for Mr. Smith, Jr. will be held Friday, May 6, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the ADAMS Funeral Services Chapel located at 510 Stephenson Ave. Interment will be at Woodville Cemetery.

A gathering with the family/Visitation will be held Thursday from 7p.m. to 8p.m. at the ADAMS Funeral Services Chapel.
