Mr. Charlie Lewis, 83, had his transition on December 15, 2015 at Woodland Nursing Home in Midway, GA surrounded by his loving family.

Funeral services for Mr. Charlie Lewis will be held 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, December 23, 2015 in The Adams Chapel.

Interment: Beaufort National Cemetery.
