Mr. Anderson ""Monkey Man"" Holmes, Jr., 75, transitioned peacefully at Memorial Health University Medical Center, on September 17, 2013 surrounded by his loving family.

Funeral service for Mr. Anderson Holmes, Jr. will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, September 23, 2013 at Litway Baptist Church on Shell Rd.

Mr. Holmes, Jr. will lie in serenity at the church beginning 12:00 PM until the hour of service.

Interment: Oak Grove Cemetery.

Public viewing will be held Sunday, September 22, 2013 from 12:00 Noon - 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
