Marilyn Cody

Mrs. Marilyn Cody, 69, had her transition Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at Candler General Hospital surrounded by her loving and devoted family.

A native of Panama City, Florida, she attended the public schools of Bay County, FL. Mrs. Cody retired from U.S. Postal Service after twenty-seven dedicated years.

Survivors: one daughter, Sharilyn (James) Daughtry; four sons: Harold(Liza)Cody, Daryl (Angela)Cody, James (Cynthia) Cody, and John (Rhonda) Bacon; one brother, Washington (Linda) Drayton; twenty-three grands; eight great-grands; several nieces, nephews; other extended relatives and friends.

Visitation: Friday, August 29, 2008 from 7:00pm-8:00pm at Adams Funeral Services, Inc. 510 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah, GA 31405.

Funeral service: 11:00am, Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at Adams Funeral Services, Inc. 510 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah, GA 31405. Interment: Magnolia Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Savannah, GA.
