Infant Zyuri Karisma Washington, 3 months, had her transition on Sunday, June 23, 2013 at Memorial Health University Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral service will be held 12:00 pm, Wednesday, July 3, 2013 in the Chapel of Adams Funeral Services.

Visitation with the family will be held 5pm-6pm, Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at the funeral home.
