Mr. Herman King, 81, had his transition Monday, September 13, 2010 at Memorial Health University Medical Center, 4700 Waters Avenue, Savannah, GA 31404.

Funeral service: 11:00am Saturday, September 18, 2010, at True Born Church of Christ, 1827 Dexter Street (West Savannah), Dr. Richard Walthour, Jr., Pastor.

Viewing: Friday, September 17, 2010 from 10:00am-8:00pm at Adams Funeral Services, Inc., 510 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah, GA 31405.

Mr. King will lie in state at the church Saturday at 9:00am until hour of service.

Mr. King will be laid to rest in Shaw Cemetery, Highway 80, Garden City, GA, immediately following his Celebration of Life Service.
