Mr. Herman Lee ""Bully Wooly"" Bryant, a native of Savannah, Georgia, had his transition Wednesday, February 11, 2009 in Washington, DC.
A native of Savannah, Georgia, ""Bully Wooly"", as he was affectionately called, attended public schools of Chatham County, including The Harris Street School(now The Beach Institute) and Alfred E. Beach High School. In furthering her educational pursuits, he attended Miami Dade Junior College, A.A. and graduated with a BS Degree from University of West Florida in Physical Education.
Mr. Bryant church affiliations includes: Isles of Patmos Missionary Baptist Church in Washington, DC, where he was active in the choir and the Singing Disciples, Bethel Free Will Baptist Church in Lake City, FL, where he was active on the Trustee Board.
He served his County in the United States Armed Forces Literacy Volunteer, where he received an Honorable Discharged.
Herman Lee was employed at St. Anthony's Catholic School Educator in Peensacola, FL and as Supervisor of Maintenance Building & Grounds in Washington, DC
His father, Herman Lee Bryant, Sr., preceded him in death.

Lovell of Decatur, Georgia, a devoted and loving mother, Maargaret Maner of Savannah; brothers: Edward (Beverly) Maner of Augusta, Georgia, Edward Bryant og Atlanta, Georgia, James Bruant, Vernon Bryant, Donald Bryant and Georgia Bryant, all of Savannah, Georgia; sister: Elizabeth bryant, of St. Peteersburg, Florida, Linfffa Gail Bryant and Mary Eady of Savannah, Georgia; a devoted and loving fiancee. Patricia B. Lovell of Crescent, Florida; a godson, Charles F. Ingram, III; twelve grands; five great-grands; special cousins: Margaret Weston-Burke, Majories Sumter-Chatman and Betty Campbell;a host of nieces, nephews,; extended family, the Bright Family of Lawley, Florida.
Funeral service: 10:00am Friday, February 20, 2009 at Second Arnold Baptist Church, 1427 East 37th Street, Savannah, Georgia, Rev Richard L Hall, Pastor. Interment: Beaufort National Cemetery, Beaufort, SC. with full Military Honors.
