Mr. Harry Williams, 74, had his transition Tuesday, June 2, 2009 under the excellent and professional care of Hospice Savannah, Inc at his residence surrounded by his loving and devoted family.
A native of Screven County, he lived in Savannah, GA most of his life. He retired from Savannah Electric and Power Company (Georgia Power) after thirty-seven dedicated years as a Foreman. Mr. Williams was a member of the West Broad Seventh-Day Adventist Church.

(Shonta) Howard of Savannah, GA; daughter, Odessa (Leo) Watson of Savannah, GA; brother, Alvin (Debra) Williams of Odenton, MD; sister, Carolyn Thompson of Savannah, GA; great uncle, Deacon Willie Coleman of Savannah, GA; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; god childrens; brothers-in-law: Elder Walter Boyd, Jr. of Buffalo, NY, and William Boyd of Atlanta, GA; sisters-in-law: Martha Matheson of Stockbridge, GA, Jenett (Pastor Wesley) Bruce of Pompano Beach, FL, and Christine (Peter) Bassette of Fairburn, GA; godmother, Dorothy Hamilton of Savannah, GA; special family friends: Chaplin Archie Seabrooks, Dwellie Parris, dedicated life-long friends: Inous Lewis and Willie Walker; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends, and dedicated care givers from Hospice Savannah, Inc: Dorothea Hannah, Gwen Robinson and Monica Anderson.
