Charles David Perry

Mr. Charles David Perry, 17, had his transition, Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.

A native of Savannah, he attended the public schools of Chatham County.

Survivors: mother, Jacquelyn C. Jones; father and stepmother, Jerome (Janeca) Perry; four brothers, two sisters, two step sisters, two step brothers, grandmother, Geraldine Jones, grandfather, Leroy (Mildred) Perry and Lawrence (Marie) Graham; great-grandmother, Emma Jones; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other extended relatives and friends.

Public viewing: Monday, August 25, 2008 from 12 Noon-8 p.m., at Adams Funeral Services, Inc., 510 Stephenson Ave.

Visitation: Monday, August 25, 2008 from 6-8 p.m., at the funeral home.

In state 9 a.m., until hour of service.

Funeral service: 11 a.m., Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at First African Baptist Church of East Savannah, 402 Treat St., Rev. Thomas E. Williams, Pastor.

Interment: St. Peter's A.M.E. Church Cemetery, Midway, GA.
