Caleb Garrison Gardner, a radiant soul whose light shone brightly in this world, was born on March 29, 1994, in the historic city of Savannah, Georgia. He was the beloved son of Anthony Gardner and Pamela Meadows, who nurtured in him a spirit marked by intelligence, creativity, and compassion from an early age. Caleb's educational journey commenced in the Chatham County Public Schools, where his brilliance blossomed, culminating in his graduation from Savannah Country Day School in 2012.

A faithful disciple from his youth, Caleb found a nurturing spiritual home at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, a place where he established a profound relationship with the Lord that would guide him throughout his life. His pursuit of knowledge led him to Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he not only excelled academically, earning a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in International Business but also embraced cultural richness through study abroad in Brazil. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and French, Caleb carried the essence of global understanding into every corner of his life.

After his university years, Caleb set his sights on Washington, D.C., where he immersed himself in the city's vibrant culture, frequently exploring its myriad museums and exhibits. He dedicated himself to serving others as a mentor in the College Bound Mentorship Program, uplifting high school students with the wisdom of his experiences. Moreover, as an office manager at the Adult Care Center in Fairfax County, Virginia, Caleb was cherished by coworkers and program participants alike for his unwavering love of people and his readiness to lend a helping hand.

Caleb's passion extended to the culinary arts, where he delighted family, friends, and colleagues alike with his imaginative baked goods. His creations bore witness to the joy and generosity that resided in his heart, making every occasion a celebration of love and togetherness. With an infectious smile and laughter that could light up the room, Caleb cultivated a legacy of kindness, compassion, and service.

He leaves behind a loving Husband, Renato Vera; his cherished mother, Pamela Meadows; his father, Anthony (Aminatha) Gardner; and a loving brother, Anthony Gardner Jr., sister, Antoinette (Charles) Jackson, and stepbrother, Jamesley Sampeur, as well as aunts Shirley Gordon, Joan Godwin, Trudy (Ronald) Jackson, and Uncle William (Carolyn) Gardner, along with nieces Ania Gardner, Aaliyah Gardner, and nephew Trey Chalker. In addition, he is remembered fondly by his best friend, Jailyn Gladney and host cousins and extended family.
